Get Fat On: Isa. 10.27

Isa. 10.27
And in that day his burden will depart from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck; and the yoke will be broken because of the fat."

Get Fat

I just finished reading an article by Dr. Michael Brown stating that the last word of this verse had been miss translated.  It should have read 'because of the fat' not 'because of the oil.'   "... And the yoke shall be broken because of the fat."  And then the picture that he drew was that of an ox working and

Last Sweep

Last sweep

It's like cleaning out the garage. You begin with the large things, and then move onto the smaller things.  There are some things that we sweep around. Perhaps the gooey old chewing gum in the corner might wait, and we briskly sweep the broom over it.

But this time, we are talking about the last time that this garage is going to be

Be Stable

by Rick Joyner

"The best thing that we can do to help the world is to build our lives on the kingdom. Those who do so will be increasing lights in the darkness and rocks of stability in the chaos. To pull others out of the quicksand we must be on solid ground. Get on solid ground. We are called to help the nations we have been placed in as salt and light, but we can only really help them when we are on solid ground."

Smith Wigglesworth says..

I believe

I believe the word of God is so powerful that it can transform any and every life. There is power in God's word to make that, which does not appear to appear. There is executive power in the word that proceeds from His lips. The psalmist tells us, "He sent His word and healed them" (Ps. 107:20); and do you think that word has diminished in its power? I tell you nay, but God's word can bring things to pass today as of old.

God Answers

The child of God should never become anxious. Ie... never bummed out. If they will but wait and believe, the Lord will get the answer to them, and when it comes, no matter how long it takes, it will be the right answer and do it's job well. Whereas, all the quick fixes we, in our human nature, perform to relieve our distress of not knowing how to handle things in a quick and perfect manner, will never rise to the beauty and elegance that an answer from the Lord provides. His answer provides the peace that passes all understanding.

Goal ... Almost Obtained... Hang In There

Goal... Almost Obtained.. Hang In There

Does anyone, but a thief, own a precious jewel without a price being paid?

Here you are, growing in the Lord, and the enemy comes around and threatens you... threatens to destroy the precious pearl (be it a wonderful wife/husband, a ministry, a job... ect) before you even get started.  Just as the vision the Lord has given you begins to become a reality, boom,
Settling For Nothing Less Than the Best

We should settle for nothing less than the best from Him who has called us, and gave His best.

We can not settle for the average, but seek to be an excellent example to the world of
who we are in Jesus Christ.

He bore Himself fully upon that cross for us, and He walked
