Intercessory Dreams

Jennifer Eivaz:

Just like God speaks to us day and night, the

intercessor often prays to God both day and night. Our spirit stays awake and we will pray while we sleep.

The intercessory dream, much like the mysteries we pray out in our prayer language, will bypass our logic and rational minds and get to the root of spiritual problems overcoming them in the night.

You can experience in a dream long, intense fighting using different kinds of weapons, or see yourself doing the work of a "sniper" against an enemy or a demonic spirit.

Some will dream that they are on a military assignment and are protecting something very valuable with everything they've got.

How these dreams express themselves can be endless, and intercessors will often tell you that these kinds of dreams can be exhausting! If you are having such dreams, I want to assure that the Lord will give you His strength to intercede in this manner. It's not just a dream. You are really praying and having an impact.

My prayer for you today: Heavenly Father, You never sleep and You never slumber. You are Our protector both day and night and are calling for intercessors to be on duty day and night, even in their sleep. I ask You to release dreams of intercession in the night. Dreams that watch, dreams that protect, and dreams that dismantle demonic plans sent against your people and the cities they live in. I ask that You not allow Satan to use the cover of night to get his plans accomplished to steal, kill, or destroy. In Jesus name. ~ Amen.

Twitter

Twitter, the shot heard around the world...

Dream instruction about twitter and the power of it..

I went back to sleep to get some rest because it was going to be a late night at work.  I had a dream where I was in some kind of kid's hangout where they were playing some kind of code game that involved getting the code from google.  One kid was texting something like "2 t and right six" (not the exact thing, but something like that) and I asked the kid where she got that.  She replied in that sassy teenage attitude, "I got it from google," as if I was suppose to already know that.  But, the one thing I got most from the dream was that Jesus and all talk of Him was boring.  B O R I N G.

After I woke up and got my coffee, I sat down to talk to Jesus about this dream.  The first thing I told Him was that the world thinks He is boring.  I guess that is why so many churches and centers try to have something that is exciting to entertain the teens.

In my dream, I also noted that I had some gagets in my pockets.  There were two of them.  Both about the size of my palm and with all kinds of buttons.  I did not know what they were nor what they did.  This shows me that I have at least two tools right in my hand that will do some really cool things and I do not even know it.

One of the gadgets started making some sounds like a radio station during a commercial break.  I wanted to get it turned off but had no idea how to turn it off.  Somewhere in all the button hitting, I finally got it to turn off.  I look at the dream and the fact that the Lord got me up so early after giving a dream about the inner workings and possibilities of Twitter at about three am, and then gave me the words, "The shot heard around the world."

I remember that 'the shot heard around the world' was a civil war phrase used after a battle that began the American Revolutionary War.  This war led up to our signing signing the Declaration of Independence.  Later, Wikipedia says, the same phrase was used when Archduke Ferdinand was killed and Europe entered into WWI.  With this information, I can understand that the phrase is not a small one.  It seems to be tied into the beginning of a battle that results in a liberating victory.
And finally, in the dream I somehow got left behind at a restaurant while eating out with my family.  Okay, I know this will never happen in real life so I had to ask the Lord what this was all about.  My understanding is simple.  Once I had realized they had left me, all I had to do was pull out my cell phone and call.  The event would have been over in a few minutes.  But, I could not get coordinated with my cell phone, and I was in too much of a rush looking through the parking lot for them, just in case I had missed them.  I have had cell phone issues in dreams before, so I understand what this means.  It means that I need to slow down and focus, make the call (prayer) and things will change, get fixed, or whatever applies to the situation.

So, overall, it was a rather interesting dream.
