πŸ›‘️ Teaching: Witchcraft, Rebellion, and Carnal Judgment

πŸ’¬ Opening Thought

"I don't think people are talking enough about how dangerous it is to try to judge spiritual issues with carnal thinking."

Many believers hear warnings about judging spiritual matters with a carnal mind, but often, those warnings stop short of explaining why it's so dangerous. Even respected pastors and teachers sometimes say, "I'll say no more and get back to the topic at hand."

But today, let's go deeper.

⚔️ The Danger of Carnal Judgment

We live in a media-driven culture—a "free-for-all" platform where mouths run quicker than a freight train heading toward destruction. And make no mistake, it's hell that's pushing that train.

People who don't even know the Lord freely judge and criticize seasoned saints who have served God faithfully for years.

Even among believers, so-called "watchdog ministries" think they are serving God by exposing others' sins publicly. But let's be clear: that is not only wrong, it is unchristian.

πŸ—£️ Public Sin and Public Shame

When someone publicizes another believer's sin, they are essentially throwing that Christian to the wolves.

Remember: in America, we hold to the principle that a person is innocent until proven guilty. How much more should the church extend grace and discernment, rather than rush to judgment?

Heaven takes notice of every careless word and every public humiliation of a brother or sister in Christ.

πŸ”₯ Is It God's Spirit?

It is not the Spirit of God that throws people under the bus for the world to trample on.

We must remember:
• Satan is the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10).
• The Holy Spirit convicts, but He does not condemn or publicly shame.

🎯 Call to Focus

"Baptist, face forward and stay focused on Jesus!"
"Pentecostal, face forward and stay focused on Jesus!"
"Everyone—face forward and stay focused!"

As we stay focused on Jesus, we will begin to see the true ranks of God's army rise up.

πŸ“– Reflection Questions

1️⃣ Are you quick to judge a spiritual matter from a place of carnal reasoning?
2️⃣ Do you find yourself joining public criticism rather than praying for discernment and restoration?
3️⃣ How can you guard your heart and words so you build up rather than tear down?

πŸ™ Prayer

Father, forgive us for the times we have judged without spiritual discernment. Teach us to see as You see, love as You love, and protect the unity of the Body of Christ. Help us to stay focused on Jesus and keep our hearts pure before You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

πŸ•Š️ Final Charge

Stay focused. Stay pure. Stay in step with the Spirit.
