Praying

 Pray - (as in sitting and talking to Jesus,) and then when you've prayed all you know in the natural, pray in the Spirit. 

When you come back to the topic again, update your conversation with Jesus, listen for Him to put things on your heart and then do that. If nothing comes upon your heart, pray in the spirit about it again. Repeat as

often as necessary until break through.  Don’t get legalistic about it, be able to allow the Holy Spirit to bring it back to your rememberance and as to when you need to pray.

Keep a journal of these prayers so you can learn how the Lord is working with you.  :)
