The mysteries of God are only available for a few, a few select who have met the requirements. Mark 4.11
The first requirement is that one be born again. Without being born again, a person cannot understand the mysteries of God. They can read the Bible but it won't "click" inside. Holy Spirit wrote the words in the Bible and we must have the Holy Spirit to teach us what the truth is in what He wrote, and these things are hidden from those who are not born again.
When a person is born again they become a candidate to receive these messages. It does not happen automatically. We must press in to the high call.
