Why can one go to a Benny Hinn meeting and be healed of something, and then ten years later not be healed of something just as simple? Say a tooth is healed, and yet a cavity comes in right next to the healed tooth?
In one case, the tooth is healed under the anointing of the one presenting the ministry of the Lord. His or her years of walking in the Lord manifests in your healing, whereas, when we pray for this new healing, it might not have the strength as the original minister.
The secret is in anointing upon a person. The greater the time in the presence of the Lord, the greater the strength of the anointing.
